Contact

If you mix RPG and action
With a dash of Cooking Mama,
You might get a quirky game
Like this two screen bash-arama.

Trade items, bash the nasties,
Talk or engage in petty spats.
Carefully plot your movements
To maximize your stats.

If classic console adventures
You throughly enjoy,
By all means do play Contact:
It is the real McCoy!

Epic Mickey

Epic Mickey’s story
Is its primary appeal;
Disneyland allusions
Make the theme park fanboys squeal.

Mickey moves too slowly
and he pauses when he spins.
He makes choices, but little impact
Have his virtues or his sins.

The game is mediocre,
But the Disney touches – cute.
Perhaps a sequel will avoid
The reception of my boot.

Dig Dug II

Mix Quix with Dig Dug
The result pleases no one
Lackluster sequel.

Two Crude / Crude Buster

Clunky beat-em up
Slowly walk, punch, hurl objects
Unfair coin guzzler
